  - Named palette shortcuts are recognized automatically from
    grDevices::hcl.colors() and grDevices::palette.colors(), including
    palettes such as "viridis", "Blues 3", and "Okabe-Ito".
  - Legends can be placed in source notes or subtitles and can include
    explicit missing-value entries.
